Bad Service
I bought a pair of shoes from Spree.co.za on the 16th of February 2018 initially their service was very good and their delivery on the 20th was prompt, until i opened the package to find that they had sent me the wrong shoes, i then contacted them to get the matter resolved they agreed to send a courier to collect the shoes and after they would ship the correct shoes on the 26th the shoes were collected. Since then i have call spree almost everyday and have been in contact with no less the (5) five call center agents promising to sort out the problem and have the correct pair sent to me, but nothing has materialized and i'm left frustrated with no answers.
