Bad Service

<p>Spree.co.za had a 20% of special on the 30th of January, i purchaced some stuff and payment was effected on the 31st. A few days later i noted that my order stated payment pending so i called and sent through proof of payment and was told the order is going to be dispatched. 2 weeks later no order and when i sent an email i got no apology just a response asking for my banking details to process a refund. What kind of sercice is this why do a special if there is no intention to dispatch the items!??????????</p>
