BAD QUALITY GOODS

Hi, Ive been buying from spree for over a year, my first online shopping experience which I have enjoyed however the quality of your clothes are appauling for the prices you charge. I have laid the same complaint to your customer service which rep**** with a very generic answer which upon i responded and I am still awaiting feedback. I bought a Parker jacket last year november have only worn it thrice and there is already two buttons gone... this jacket was expensive I expected an investment I was wrong. Then today I see the jacket I also bought around the same time and Ive only worn a handful of occasions (as both these jackets are winter buys) inside lining has torn on the inside seam! And it fluffs! these jackets havent seen enough wear and tare to be weathered like this. I am highly disappointed as both of them were highly priced items! words fail me to express my disappointment and disgust. Please DO NOT reply to me with your generic and standard customer response. I dont want to know what is gonna be done in future. What do I do with these items?
