Bad logistics & Communication

Spree takes forever to deliver your items & a return is even worse. Not much communication throughout the process. I logged a return on the11/10/2017 and I'm still to hear from them on their collection, with no communication since their initial email acknowledging my return being logged. I have had much better experiences with Superbalist.com, you guys could learn a lot from them. Will really need to be desperate to consider ordering from Spree again. ( I'm sure we will get some excuse about the sale using up all their resources but how do your competitors still manage in similar situations ????)
