Bad customer service

I refunded clothing to spree 2 weeks ago and they incorrectly credited my account with R200 less than I was owed. I then emailed them from their own help button on their site and received an email saying they will get back to me shortly. Yeah right, no one got back to me. So I mailed them again last friday asking for someone to get in touch with me, another email saying they will get back to me and im important. Yeah right. Its now the next Friday and still no reply. Why Spree?
