BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have placed an order consisting of 3 items on spree on 28 July 2018. I received an email today, 31 July 2018, that one of the items I ordered could not be fulfilled and I have been refunded with store credit. I am extremely disappointed and upset as this is the second time that I have placed an order with Spree and it could not be completed. I specifically placed this order for the item they could not fulfil.

I placed this order with 2 extra items in order to receive the discount Spree offered the past weekend (buy 3 items to receive 30% discount). There is no explanation as to why they could not fulfil my order, no apology, no extra store credit, no NOTHING! I am furious! How can you sell a product that you cannot deliver!?!?!?!?? The first time this happened, they did not even go the extra mile!
