Bad customer service

Its my first time shopping on spree and the last, the service i received on this site was pathetic and very poor. I placed an order on the 26 July and made payment till today i haven't received any feedback or update on the order, so i made a call today the consultant was not effective at all 1st she says payment is not showing than she says i short paid the order thats why its on hold i paid R417 instead of R471, no one notified me of this how was i supposed to be aware i short paid. After paying the difference she tells me i still have to wait another 3 days before receiving and order i placed on the 26 July than she doesn't even say anything she just hangs up thats so rude.

I always use takealot max you wait is 2 days, and the payment systems is very efficient and user friendly.
