Bad customer service

Spree has the worst customer service. Has anyone noticed how Spree has become dodge? They don’t take calls, respond to emails or even customer complaints and queries on their Facebook page. Their apparel is now of bad quality. The finishing and trimmings on their clothes and shoes are tacky. I have since returned shoes that I bought and requested that they give me back my money. It’s been almost three weeks and they haven’t refunded me. Can somebody please assist me in reporting them to CPA. I will not advise anyone to ever buy from them. They need to be boycotted as they cheat customers.
