Bad customer service

On the 30th june i made payment for oder number ********** 28 and on the 5th of july i received an email stating that my order has been cancelled. I then called in to find out why, they just told me it might be because i put in a wrong reference number of which i told the agent there is no such because i made the payment like i normally do! He then asked that i forward the proof of payment and i did but still to this day i have not heard from them not a phone call not even an email. No refunds have been made since the agent asked for my account number.

Today is the 16 of July i asked my husband to follow up again and they still told him stories regarding my order.
