Bad

I ordered a dress for my daughter said I'll received on the 12th September it hasn't arrived. When I called spree they say my order is been cancelled but I payed for it. When I call centre I'm on hold until it cuts off . All I want is my money back since well my order is cancelled by who I don't know even emailed proof of payment bt still no response
