AWFUL SERVICE - Didn't get my refund

Cannot believe the level of customer service. Got sent the incorrect items. They then explained they will collect and give me store credit, however I bought the item on sale so actually just needed to have it exchanged for the correct item as I cannot repurchase for that price. Its 3 weeks later, I haven't received an exchange or my money back.

No response to my emails, online queries or phone calls
