Avoid Spree!

I am having so much trouble with Spree. Collected an order 2 weeks ago, but decided that I wanted to return an item. Waited for Spree to update their system to show that the order has been delivered, but after a few days this was not done. Sent an e-mail to Spree's customer service to inform them that the order was collected and that their system should be updated accordingly. 5 E-mails later and nothing has been done - system still shows that the order is ready for collection. I am simply being ignored by Spree. Pathetic customer service. Be warned! Avoid!
