Atrocious service!

<p>I am exceptionally disappointed and appalled with the service from Spree.</p> <p>First my one package goes missing. I am told it was delivered (even though it was delivered) and then after fighting with Spree, it is eventually delivered.</p> <p>Then I try to log a return for a package. It is only collected by the courier 3 WEEKS later, despite my follow-ups during this period. I can't imagine how long it will still take for the return to be processed and for my money to be returned.</p> <p>At this service level, you are effectively allowing your customers to find your business. You will have money that should have been returned to me for about a month!</p> <p>And, comparatively speaking, I have never experienced this problem with other websites.</p>
