Appauling service from Spree

Spree has NO processes to ensure that customers are refunded their money. Every time (10th time for me this month alone!) you get a "We will add you to the list". The next week DOLOLO money is refunded. I am now tired of phoning and chasing them to get my money back.

I will no longer be using them to buy anything as I do not want their inadequate business model to impact any aspect of my life.

P.S. There is no escalation process either so do not bother asking who you can speak to other than the consultant who you battle to get a hold of because the line gets disconnected constantly.
