Appalling services from spree

I placed an order on the 27/07/18 and received it on the 30/07/18. I was not happy with the product and then logged a return on the same day 30/07/18. I have been battling for the courier guys to collect the parcel.. Its 2 weeks later and nobody collected the parcel yet. I had to phone spree wasting my time and airtime to make arrangements for collection. I spoke to 4 agents and a manager and nobody is capable of doing their job. If you can hear a customer is irate then I suggest you find a other way or go the extra mile to assist... Nobody called me back regarding this query. I mean I would expect the manager which is Stephen to follow up on this query. It's NOT my duty to call. I called numerous times. This is the first time I shopped online at spree and to get this terrible services is disgusting. I will never shop again at spree. I'm still waiting for this parcel to be collected and its causing me an inconvenience to travel back and forth with the parcel and its prolonging me to receive my refund. I am so angry regarding the services.
