APPALLING SERVICE

I truly had a bad experience with Spree and wouldn't buy from them again. I was so excited with all the quality items they had on sale for Black Friday, I added my three tops to my cart and then checked out. A couple of days later I was notified that 2 of the 3 items were now out of stock, I was very disappointed. They then offered me 50% off my next purchase and then I, like a fool, got excited again. I got a whole bunch of things (Order Number ********** 71) which included birthday gifts for my two nieces and a pair of sneakers for my husband who planned on wearing it for a party. The sandals for my nieces and sneakers for my husband were all the incorrect sizes, 4 instead of 6 and 6 instead of 8 respectively. I then sent it back hoping that I would just be given the things I ordered but instead got a store credit of about R800. I am now losing out on the 50% I was offered and stuck with R800 store credit I would rather use anywhere else. I tried communicating with them but was left hanging forever when I called and they just don’t respond via email or social media, Appalled.
