appalling

Appalling customer service from Spree, to the point of absurdity. Chasing a pair of shoes that my husband paid for and haven't been delivered. Been trying to sort it out for nearly 2 weeks! I have been fobbed off numerous times and wasted so much time on the phone - it's so frustrating. think very carefully before ordering anything from Spree, we certainly won't again.
