Always the same problems
after the disaster with the collection of the returned outfits, once again I'm waiting for my refund. Collection was last Wednesday. Almost a week later still no refund and as usual they don't answer emails or their phone. This same problem happened last time I used them so clearly I will never be using them again. Please refund me TODAY as its over the time limit and I do not have the products. Return number ***-1
