After Sales Service Sucks!!!

So placed placed order *** in November 2015. After opening the Item I discovered that it was scratch. I immediately logged it with Spree and sent pictures. The item was then collected the following week. Great service up until then. In December 2015 I enquired on the return and was told there is a problem with the courier. After many calls i was told the item was dispatched. I finally received the item yesterday 02/02/2016. Only to find that the item was damaged again. To me it really looks like the item i returned was repacked and sent back to me. Is the return going to take another 3 months???<br> <br> This is really not good service!!!!
