ADVERTISING PRODUCTS WHICH ARE OUT OF STOCK

This online store has a tendency of advertising products which are out of stock. As a "reputable store", I believe especially coming to oncoming talked about annual days like black Friday, you got to make sure that everything is in order, especially the system, is it going to be able to calculate stock as and when the customers place orders, but no, I'm sure the figured our customers are used to be disappointed by us. I placed two orders on black Friday, ********** 36 and ********** 89, the 1st one I placed and paid on the 24th Nov, it was on Fri, it showed status sent to warehouse on Sun the 26th, I spoke to one of their agents on Wednesday after being disappointed on the second order, I lost R1200 discount, I asked Kelly, the agent, if the 1st order is going to be fulfilled, she said yes. The status for the 1st order remained sent to warehouse from Sun to Fri, when I realized that I've lost extra R718, totalling R1918. Mind you, this was not the 1st time, and I suppose not the 1st customer. I was not even notified, before I'll be given compensation R200 voucher, but lately zilch. To think that I was skeptical because of previous disappointments, I wanted to order from Zando, I placed two orders with them, I'm waiting for their delivery, the kids Crocs I ordered they also have. They are making a lot of money on us, I feel like the decency is to pick up the phone, they have our details, call a customer, tell him her that the product you ordered is out of stock, but we have product so and so, should we rather replace it with it, because they totally don't compensate, worse for their own mistakes. I feel so disappointed if I had powers I could just make their store disappear, they don't care about their customers, all they care about is their money. Another thing upon disappointing you, they automatically give you credit, where is the decency of communicating with the customer to ask what she he prefers, their refunds take forever to be processed, two weeks, damn.
