A bunch of unprofessionals from spree

I had a horrible experience with spree. I bought items worth more that 5000 with the hope of reselling and paid a courier fee for my items to be delivered next day. I waited the whole day and when I enquired I was told the following day, the following day when I enquired I was told next Monday. No one had a decency to call and notify me about my order. I had lost customers and spree only committed to refund 36 rands courier fee. I have raised my concern via their email and no one responded. This is the reason why people don't trust online shopping. This is totally unacceptable and I don't think I will ever buy from spree again, what a bunch of unprofessionals , you are giving e-commerce a bad name and you don't value your customers.
