We note that your items which has not been dispatched has been processed as a store credit to your profile, I have however instructed our finance team to process this to your card.
We are however following up with the post office concerning your parcel, as there has been no further update since the 20.08.2015. We need to receive the item at our returns department to process the refund for the items which you have sent back.
We can assure you that we have marked this as urgent.
