i bought a pair of shoes online with my mastercard, and later i was then sent an e-mail stating that my order had been cancelled as my payment could not be confirmed. i sent an e-mail to [Email Removed] with an attached bank statement as proof of payment. they have never responded to any of my emails i call these numbers ***/***) to no avail. PLEASE help me out !
