10 days and the good is still not collected for refund

<p> I ordered a jacket from Spree and it was delivered on the 12th of May . However the size does not fit me so I immediately request a return (10 minute after i receive the good). on the 18th of May , i phone the call center to find out why they have not collected the good yet They apologised and soon after the phone call, i receive a phone call from Fedex and arrange a time the next day for the good to be collected . However today is the 21st and the good is still in my room.</p> <p><br /> </p> <p>By this rate ill probably get my refund next year .</p> <p>very disappointed . please contact me to collect the good.</p>
