Disappointed

Impressive looking web site and I contacted Norman. He came to do the quote and we were very impressed with the service and advice. After paying the deposit he started the next day and unfortunately that is where anything good ended. He was months late with the work and actually didn't even finish the work. Workmanship was not great and most of the work he had to be redone. Not recommend.
