That awkward moment when you have an event, but your goods from Spree Dololo!

We placed an order( ********** 70) on the 13th of October and 6 days later the status of the order still says our warehouse will be packing your order shortly. We received an email requesting that we send supporting documents for the order as it was of a high amount and so forth and i believe this delayed the whole process. I however fail to understand why i must make a copy of my bank card and both my husband and my ID and send to spree (such private docs). I find this request very disturbing. Even more annoyed as we had to use the items on the 21st of October, but it seems like the goods are still very far from reaching their destination. Wonder if there is a way in which we can get this at least by Saturday morning?
