Worst Service and Rude Owner

I hired Spotted Zebra for catering services for my Grandmothers 70th, on the day of the event (30 April 2016) I called the Greg, who I have now been told is the actual owner of this company in order to find out when they will be coming to setup and start the cooking as it was spit braai. He then gave me a a time that was quite late and apparently wasn't aware about setting up when it was clearly invoiced and paid for. I then kept going back and forth at 17:30 as nothing has been done as yet nor had they arrived for an event starting at 18:30. He kept dropping the call on me when I asked what is happening and if this is how they conduct their business, I then had to start calling him from different numbers as he was not picking up my calls. Yes this is the owner behaving like this. Deposit and balance had been fully paid and he was completely *********** in handling the situation and absolutely rude and unapologetic. We had to setup the venue ourselves and his employees only came to serve the food and everything was now behind schedule due to his poor communication to his employees !Utterly disgusting!
