Improper Installation and Poor Customer Service

Nols(the owner/plumber from this company)the work he did was imperfect.The roof was leaking even after the installation.The installation of my solar geyser was incorrectly done.I have been calling him April 2025 to attend to my issues but he has been saying hewill attend to it even though he has not been around.There's a crack on the ridge of my roof after he installed it.Until today I have been asking to come and attend to the issue but he still didn't pitch up after 3 months.When I call him he keeps saying I must text him and I have paid him in full and I have pictures of the damages on the roof.
