Not providing the service contracted and paid for

When I approached the MD, it was made very clear that it was a pre/post occupation cleaning, with cleaning services required from top to bottom. She quoted based on the number of rooms and number of carpeted rooms. The quote seemed very low and therefore I requested what her services included. Only mentioning a few things: she contracted to clean the walls, lampshades and cupboards, which the cleaning lady could not do as she did not have a ladder; I specifically asked if they clean the gas stove and oven, which she confirmed but was not cleaned; she allocated 2 cleaning ladies and a separate team to clean the carpets - there was only 1 lady to clean a huge house with a supervisor which was absent most of the time; I expressed my concern whether the initial staff allocated to the house would be enough and if they'll finish in time as it's a big house and when she only wanted to come at 9am I suggested they come earlier, once again stressing that it's a big house. She now claims I **** about the size of the house, which I never did. I told her exactly what rooms were in the house and which are carpeted. On the day she sent a whatsapp saying they have car trouble, she's sending another team - which was 1 lady who did not even have sufficient cleaning equipment and chemicals. We also agreed a few days before that they would clean the carpets first so it could dry as the new people wanted to start moving some of their stuff, which they did not do. Not myself or my mom that was on the premises to supervise could get a hold of her to tell her the situation and read but did not respond to whatsapp messages asking to contact us as we can't get a hold of her, even though she communicated with the staff. She left the cleaning lady from Jhb stranded at 18:00 not knowing how to get home because she did not want to face us at the house. She left the cleaning lady without any food or drink for the whole day. The cleaning lady broke a window, which we now have to pay R350 for to fix. And I had to get another cleaning company on emergency in (and the people could not move in) to clean my house, which cost me an additional R3 000. They can attest to the state they received the house in after it was apparently cleaned. She quoted me R1 500 to clean the house and carpets and needed to be paid upfront. She acted very unprofessional.
