Unhappy customer

I am so disappointed at your service recently. My monthly payments are always up to date but I always get messages that threaten to suspend my service and everytime I listen to a song Spotify goes off or rather shuffles my Playlist out of nowhere. Worse, I have this bad connectivity while online and using my data it gets worse when I'm offline. Why am I paying a monthly premium if this is the service I'm gonna keep getting?.I am not getting my value for money and it's annoying.
