Unauthorized deduction of money from my account

I signed up for spotify free from first month they deducted R64.00 on my bank account, even this month they deducted R64.00 from my bank account. I do not know how they got my bank account details because I did not add any payment details on the profile, I want them to cancel my spotify free account because is free vut they are deducting my money from my account
