Spotify ******* me

I downloaded the free app to see what Spotify is about. I read through everything and know that after a certain free trial you will automatically be charged if you dont cancel. I agree. I also check how to go about to cancel. Since last week i tried to cancel Spotify before the free trial ends. Because i use it to little to pay for it. I tried everything. I can not find the link as they advertise it in the terms to cancel the Free trial. I Googled. And alot of awnsers came back the same....if you can manage to divert through all the pages of Spotify to cancel the free trial then you are great. This is not an answer and i contacted they help line. With my complete story. The consultants can only help me if its a paid premium plan. And not a free plan. I am flabbergusted. I want to cancel the free plan beFORE it becomes a paid plan because I can not afford a paid plan. They mailed me twice....with the same answers even though I told them my story twice. Why is Spotify makingnit so difficult to cancel the free plan before hand? This is trickery. Will never recommend this app to anyone.
