Misleading marketing info.

The invite and promotional info I received is way different than what happened. I was supposed to get my 1st month's subscription free and would be able to cancel easily and get a full refund, if I cancel within 14 days (As per their terms and conditions). I followed the payment process which offers 4 places to buy prepaid cards/ vouchers. I tried to cancel within 2 hours of subscribing and found it impossoble with the steps provided. I then send an email with a completed cancellation form. I was advised that a refund cannot be done as I did not pay by credit card. I advised them that I paid by credit card to buy a prepaid voucher as per their payment process. Despite numerous emails I eventually gave up.
