Spotify has made my life a living hell. They deducting money out of my account almost every other week. I don't have an active subscription with them. I went as far as stopping my bank card and made a new one but they managed to debit me again. I need help with this, it can't be right I've lost a lot of money for a service I have not even used. Please help me stop them once and for all.
