Can't change from Premium Individual to Family Package

I have signed up to Premium Individual package it give you the free 3 month automatically but this was by mistake I actually wanted to take the Premium Family package. And now there is no way to change to this package. I have even canceled the Premium Individual package and are prepared to pay full price. But no go have tried to search google for solutions followed the instructions but no go. I am a Linux Specialist and understand more about the coding behind the scenes and really expected more from Million dollar company like Spotify. Obviously there beta testing is not good enough.
