Unbelievably bad

Grant doesn't read his customers emails thoroughly only collected half of the furniture. Now doesn't want to deliver goods till full payment received. Does he think I'm a idiot to pay for a service that isn't completed. He was the reason my mother inlaw had a nervous breakdown. Phoned him a couple of times always busy with a other emergency. In South Africa where people are struggling I would thought that people would provide a better service.
