THE WORST MOVE OF MY LIFE

NEVER EVER AGAIN Grant was unprofessional, late for pick up, 3 weeks late for delivery. His website says they use their own drivers and trucks - this is NOT true. He contracts it out to other people, so your goods drive all over the country, and they wait for the truck to fill up before they drive. Grant never paid the contracted truck owner and the truck owner would not deliver my stuff unless he paid. Grant hardly answers phones or messages, AND his quote says that he will provide a VAT invoice, which he still to date has not provided to me. This was the most stressful move I have ever dealt with and will never use him. I am turning this business over to the receiver of revenue as he is not declaring income since I have not received a proper invoice for services. AVOID AVOID AVOID if you want to relieve yourself of stress.
