Poor service

First time we used him in June, it was a smooth process. He was recommended by someone. We were happy.

Second time around, I thought we were being ****med. No communication, no answering of calls, refusal to refund.

Grant calls you a million times when you need to book and pay, when he needs to deliver he goes quiet. You have to run after him. We had paid 100% to secure the booking.

Luckily we eventually got our goods delivered after a month wait and struggle.
