Late delivery and damaged goods

Whoever reads this post please be advised that spoton movers cross hires Classic removals and together they have cheated me out for R6000 and they have transferred my furniture to many trucks between Durban and Cape Town and broke my amplifier from my surround sound. They forced me into taking additional insurance to cover repaires should there be any damage and now they didn’t entertain my claim and ignore all emails and calls. The receptionist for Classic removals was a disrespectful lady and from the way she handles late deliveries shows how much of experience she has in bull****ing. My furniture arrived one week late from the instructed date and my furniture was picked up from Durban late as well. My wife and i relocated from Kzn and for a week we literally slept on an airospace mattress. My mother Inlaw also came with us to assist in settling and I had to send her back to Durban due to my furniture not being delivered in time. I even sent an email to the ombardsman and I got a reply that these companies are registered with the ombardsman and they cannot assist me. Grant Jacobs further said that i must pay 6000 extra or he will not release my furniture because he supp**** me boxes and his/Classic employees packaged my furniture and I paid him the extra 6000 over and above the 16000 I originally paid him. Please I urg people not to use these transport companies. I have all email records to send to anyone who wants proof and please report this and share. To my family and friends you guys know what I have been through with these removal companies so please share this with everyone
