Great experience, recommended if ...

Positive experience - I would use them again.

I was skeptical of Spot On Movers at first because of the large number of negative reviews that I saw online. However, they were quick to respond with a quote and to any follow up questions that I had. Peter's Mini Removals do the pickup and delivery. They were very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with their service and would definitely use them again.

Something not everyone would be satisfied with: Your items are collected and kept in the delivery truck until the truck is full. In other words, if your furniture only fills up half of the truck they will first try to fill the space with other people's items before doing the delivery. For me this took about a week. So if you want your items delivered the day after collection then this company probably wont work for you (unless you fill the whole truck). Despite this there were no mix ups on the delivery day. I personally went through the list of items as they were being off loaded and everything was in order.

Overall great service, professionalism and friendliness. If you're not in a hurry with your delivery then I would recommend them.
