False advertising

Got a quote from Craig at Spot-On to move us from Johannesburg to Durban. The price was reasonable with the timeframe I needed and that was the only reason I went with them. It was to be collected on Wednesday the 1st of July and delivered the 2nd. Craig was strangely quiet when I wanted to confirm delivery. To cut a long story short... It was a struggle to get easy info i.e. what the driver's location or telephone number was. We only received our load on the Friday after I had to work through several other people because Craig couldn't give us proper info. It was another company that moved us. Spot-on doesn't have their own trucks or drivers. Classic Removals did everything. I understand everybody is trying to make a buck but they blatantly lie on their site.
