On the day of delivery we get a call that we need to settle the balance which we did plus an additional R2500 for extra items; Which was delivered by Peters Mini Movers how they got involve is beyond me; in all fairness there was extra items; but we got billed for draws that's been taken from a unit which was part of the original invoice; a coffee table which we don't own and our TV which they never took; when we brought this up Grant claim that's the space we took and that's what we owe; after numerous calls and emails he just claim he is too busy and that i should be grateful that he still takes my call and not blocking my number. We then took this up with Peters Movers and they just say that we have dealings with Grant now the more we telling them that it's not the payment it's the items that's missing like our TV and the coffee table which we never got nor sent the more Grant is just too busy and promise that he'll revert back via email which till this day never happened; but when the outstanding amount of R2500 was due we had to pay without delay or our goods won't be released.</p> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; color: #666666; font-size: 11px; line-height: 20px;"> </p> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; color: #666666; font-size: 11px; line-height: 20px;">please if i save you from making the mistake as we did i will strongly recommend against them and will never make use of them again. The poorest service ever; and oh yes the TV only took R14 worth of space so this is now my problem to sort out.
