Delivered bank documents to incorrect residence!

My bank sent docs to me by DHL who subcontracted to Spot On. Someone called the evening before saying they we're courier and had something to deliver from a bank and please to verify my residential address. Apart from that contact, no expected time of delivery was given. The days went by and I became aware that no courier had yet arrived. When I called the bank they told me that delivery had been signed for by one Zanele at an as yet unknown address. No ID was requested from her, even though the envelope clearly stated that it originated from a bank. All enquiries from both DHL and Spot On have drawn a blank. Needless to say the credit cards enclosed have been cancelled, and I await the arrival of new ones. No apologies have come forth from Spot On and the supervisor spoken to at DHL was far from apologetic.
