Bad service

After 5 weeks of bad service my vecicle is still not in working condition. Quotes were inaccurate. More money was asked for twice. Delivery dates were not kept. Drove my car 5 days and it overheated i stoped to find out that what was coming out my water bottle was water mixed with oil. Now i am told i am responsable.
