Very bad service
I am extremely disappointed with Spot Connect. A friend of mine registered with them and subscribed. Now the line just doesn't want to make calls and every avenue she has explored has failed. They do not have an email or direct number to call. All goes through a bot. And when she gets to the point where they ask if someone could call her she says yes, but it has been more than a week and nobody has gotten back to her. This is her primary work number and she needs it to do business. If Spot Connect can reply with a solution it would be fantastic. They offer excellent packages and more than happy to sign you up, but the SECOND you need help there is absolutely zero help from their side.
