********* cosumer rip-off!

After purchasing a children's bathing suite from the Edenvale branch I discovered that there were white marks on the costume where the hanger had been placed. I had not seen the white marks while the item was on the hanger as these were only noticeable once the hanger had been removed. I pointed this out however the store refused to exchange or swop the item as I had already paid for it ( before the shop assistant had removed the hanger) . I had not even left the store! I now know why the assistant was so eager to complete the transaction before placing my items in a bag. Even Zane ( the owner - as I understand it) also refused to refund, exchange or even entertain my explanation.

I have noticed that this store has had several complaints on this board already. How is it possible that this store is still operational? I will certainly never support any of its branches and I hope everyone out there never does. Lets see what Karma does.....
