Refund Refused

<p>I bought Nike gym pants yesterday for my fiance as a gift. Confirming with the clerk at the till, Charmaine, that if he did not like it, that I could bring it back. She stated that all will be in order, never saying that I will not be able to get a refund. I took the pants back today as my fiance does not like the pants. Charmaine then only told me that they will not refund me and that I HAD to choose something else. I tried to resolve the issue with the Store Manager, Nicole. She was unhelpful and bluntly refused to assist with a refund. What kind of a policy is this? Some desperate attempt to retain customers? What a pathetic way to do that! I am now forced to buy an expensive item, which I do not even really want. This shop will never see me again!</p>
