No Refund & Bad Attitude from Nicole

We bought a Puma backpack from Sportzlink Edenvale on the 13th of January for my 15year old son for school. When we arrived home he said the bag is too small to use for school. on the 18th of January we tried to return it and Nicole, who claimed to be the Manager of the store- refused to give us a refund. When asked why- she continued to give us a blank stair. when asked for the store owner's details, she kept quiet and continued to stair. 15 minutes of trying to get information or a refund from this woman- she continued to look at us as if she is looking at a wall. <br> Their cash slip states 7 day - this has now been 5 days and yet- we are unable to get a refund.<br> My son does not have a school bag and I don't have money to buy one either.<br> Thanks Sportzlink.
