i bought a pair of Puma sneakers on the 14 Dec size 8 for my husband, when my husband came home from work he tried them on to realise they didnt fit and needed a size 9. i went back to the store the next day. i spend an hour there cos they saw a mark on the shoe, and they would exchange it as Zane accused me of damaging it as his shoes are never damaged. richard the clerk that helped me on the 14 th agreed that he hadnt checked the shoes and the lady that was helping me said she could see was a factory default, yet Zane was arrogant and rude without even looking at the shoes and refused to exchange it. i have never been spoken to like i was by Zane and never had such dismal service. by far the biggest ****** and i will never step foot in that shop again.
