Withdraw winning

I'm very disappointed with my experience with sportybet I had withdrawal but the funds were not dispense by the ATM and I not happy with way the issue has been handled dispit all the proof and necessary documents where send to them nothing happened the incident was from the 01/09/2026 till today. I expected sportybet to investigate the transaction properly and resolve the matter promptly but the process has been disappointing when I do follow up they always say the matter is being escalated with new tickets number.
